Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to make an appointment, please visit your account page to cancel.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require the following notification for cancelling previously scheduled appointments:

Registered Massage Therapy - 24 hours
Allergy/Sensitivity Testing and Treatment - 48 hours

If you do need to cancel your appointment, we will do our best to fill your spot. However, patients who cancel late or miss their appointment without notification agree to the following cancellation policies:

  • Patients who No-Show for their appointment without notification to the clinic will be charged the full treatment price for which they are scheduled.
  • As a result of COVID-19 our regular late cancellation policy is being changed. For the foreseeable future, patients who get in touch with the clinic within the late cancellation period prior to their appointment will be no longer be charged 50% of their scheduled treatment rate, but will now be charged a $21 flat fee. If (and we do our best) we are able to fill your spot with a waitlisted patient, we do not charge for the missed appointment.
  • If a patient cancels due to illness they will be unable to book another appointment for 15 days from the date of the cancelled appointment

Note that the credit card held on file will be used only to pay for a treatment/product or in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
