Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to make an appointment, please visit your account page to cancel.

 

POLICY UPDATE: effective June 8, 2021


Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.

Patients who need to cancel their appointment agree to the following cancellation policy:

  • Patients who No-Show for their appointment, or who cancel after the start time of their scheduled booking, will be charged the full treatment price for which they are scheduled.

 

  • Patients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment start time are subject to a cancellation fee. Please ensure you are only booking appointments for which you can attend.

 

  • We are no longer able to accommodate changes to a booked appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time

 

  • If a patient cancels due to experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 the above cancellation policies apply. As a precaution a patient will not be able to book another appointment for 5 days from the date of the cancelled appointment.
