POLICY UPDATE: effective November 1, 2021
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.
Patients who need to cancel their appointment agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Patients who No-Show for their appointment, or who cancel after the start time of their scheduled booking, will be charged the full treatment price for which they are scheduled.
- Patients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment start time are subject to a cancellation fee. Please ensure you are only booking appointments for which you can attend.
- We are no longer able to accomodate changes to a booked appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time
- If a patient cancels due to experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms the above cancellation policies apply. As a precaution a patient will not be able to book another appointment for 15 days from the date of the cancelled appointment unless a negative COVID-19 test is provided
