Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to make an appointment, please visit your account page to cancel.

POLICY UPDATE: effective October 1, 2021

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.

If you need to cancel your appointment we will do our best to fill your spot however patients who cancel late, or miss their appointment, agree to the following cancellation policy:


  • Patients who No-Show for their appointment, or who cancel after the start time of their scheduled booking, will be charged the full treatment price for which they are scheduled


  • Patients whose scheduled appointment falls within the 24 hour Cancellation Fee period are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of their scheduled treatment rate. If we are able to fill your spot you will not be charged for the missed appointment. Please ensure you are only booking appointments for which you can attend.


  • If a patient cancels due to experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms the above cancellation policies apply. As a precaution a patient will not be allowed to book another appointment for 15 days from the date of the cancelled appointment unless a negative COVID-19 test is provided

The credit card held on file will be used only to pay for services or products received, in the case of a no-show or a late cancellation in which the spot does not get filled.
