Dana Smith, RMT
Dana is committed to helping people amplify their potential to live their lives to the fullest. Her approach to massage therapy is thorough, intuitive, and based on a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and effective treatment techniques. She works with her patients to build body awareness by leveraging the connection between mind and body. This connection helps her patients manage stress, chronic pain, mental health challenges, and improve their general wellbeing.
Using conscious breath control and mindset coaching to overcome pain and dysfunction patterns, the effects of treatment are deep and lasting. She co-creates comprehensive plans with her patients based on their desired outcomes and what she deems necessary through assessment.
Dana believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and considers it a privilege to be invited into her patient’s journey of healing and growth. Her patients walk out of treatment feeling validated, cared for, and invested in their own health. She encourages empowerment by inviting her patients to participate in their journey to wellness in ways that suit their own needs.
Dana has been an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia since 2012. She continues post-graduate studies in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. For three years she was on the faculty at VCMT where she instructed and supervised RMT students as well as created and implemented a Student Resilience Program to foster student wellbeing on campus.
When not helping her patients in the treatment room, she can be found nurturing her coaching practice.

Samantha Rocha, RMT
Graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Samantha offers a comprehensive approach to her treatments by incorporating techniques from a variety of disciplines all with the goal of helping each individual find balance in both their bodies and their daily lives.
Often working with people experiencing chronic discomfort disorders Samantha strives to be a resource for her patients while continuing to further her own education in the field of soft tissue therapy. Her interests lie in treating Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction, as well as more recently, in working with Paediatric patients. She has found that little bodies are just as prone to holding tension, developing postural patterns which can lead to discomfort and most importantly it is never too early to share a healthy sense of self awareness and education around self care.
Samantha’s time in school led her to appreciate the importance of patient education as an integral part of peoples therapies. She hopes to add an element of inspiration to the lives of each of her patients and appreciates being a trusted part of their wellness regime.

A treatment with Sam will be certain to address any discomfort or dysfunction related to soft tissue injury or imbalance by using a variety of treatment modalities catered to each patients individual needs.
